Empowerment coach is a holistic business support for women who want to start or grow their holistic and massage therapy business / practice.

I love what I do and do what I love ! This is me, in my work and personal life.

I have transformed my life with all the tools I have learned and gained in my holistic life coaching, I like to think of it as my holistic wisdom, following my values, what I believe to be my souls journey, my passion, my joy, my vibrant wellbeing.

I believe in my therapy work that clients want more! They want a therapy experience that is truly nourishing, restorative and richly fulfilling and so we need a new kind of therapist that understands connection, holds space and a new awareness of therapy sophistication with the power of their hands and care, and this is the standard of holistic & massage therapist that I teach to at BH Holistics Training Academy.

The training days for my courses are full of joy, laughter, connections, authentic conversations between honest beautiful women, enjoyable learning experiences, transformations and excitement for their future. We chat about everyone’s dreams and goals, how to set up in business, what their business will look like, we set up private whatsapp groups so everyone can keep in touch and support each other.

But, in time, after the initial excitement of becoming qualified in their holistic or massage therapy , imposter syndrome can sneak in , confidence can dip, life can get busy in other ways and their dreams become a bit more distant, obstacles can feel personal, as if they are jumping in your way which can make you feel powerless, on your own and a bit scary! This is when I get messages and phone calls asking for help, support and advice which I am always more than happy to do.

But, it got me thinking ! My students need more! More than a manual with instructions, more than a small private whatsapp group, more than the time given on the course training days, more than a text or a phone call.

So, my head has been drifting on the lovely sunny days we have had and thinking about this , and I thought ‘what would bring me joy” and the idea came straight to me, coaching holistic and massage therapists, helping them identify and create their own Niche’ helping and supporting them through their journeys of setting up or/and developing their businesses. I have over 20 years of experience to share, building my own holistic and massage business, learning many lessons , it has also been quite a bumpy ride at times but also the most rewarding!

It would bring me so much joy to help other women, who just like me, started with a passion to learn holistic and massage therapies, energy healing and Reiki and wanted a better lifestyle. Get off the hamster wheel of working 9 to 5 five days a week, stop juggling around child care and other commitments to find themselves again to feel alive and happy.

I have created “ Empowerment Coaching” to help women who want to start or develop their own holistic and / or massage therapy business.
