How long is each session? Typically 60 minutes with an option for longer sessions if needed.
Do you offer virtual sessions? Yes, all coaching can be done via video.
What if I am not sure the package is right? Book a discovery call and we will tailor a plan to your needs.
Is there ongoing support after the programme ends ? Yes, you can choose to continue with a monthly booster session or re-enter a Silver/ Gold package.
What packages are available? You can sign up initially to our basic 6 week coaching course and then choose the next most suitable programme for further support and progression.

I have a total of 67 years experience to share with you, 20 years of working as a holistic and massage therapist and creating my own successful business, 20 years as a holistic life coach, 27 years of teaching experience which all synchronise together beautifully to empower you to create and develop your own business within the wonderful world of Holistic and Massage therapies.
