It is world Menopause day today !
Everyone should know about the menopause, we all know someone affected , a mum, daughter, wife , girlfriend, friend , co-worker.
We can help ourselves and each other with understanding and knowledge.
We can learn to thrive during this time and not just survive.
If I could give one really important piece of advice to help anyone during the stages of the menopause it is to choose not to stress, stress is one of the main added causes of depletion of our hormones , this affects our digestive system, weight, mental and emotional wellbeing, cortisol levels, happiness, relationships and so much more!
Easier said than done, I hear you say! Yes, but that is why we have to take control and not allow stress to take over.
We just don't cope as well as we did with stress once the menopause journey begins..
