Onion as a metaphor in energy work

Within my energy healing work I use the onion as a metaphor to release and peel away the layers of our life that we no longer need or that is holding us back . Each layer creates new healing and releasing .

In holistic life coaching we peel away the layers of ourselves that is no longer serving us and build up new layers of what does!!
