What is a Reiki Attunement ?

I often get asked what is a Reiki Attunement?

An Attunement feels like a door opening to explore and experience the changes life can bring with Reiki, as life becomes more meaningful and focused.

An attunement is designed to open the energy channels for you to accept more of the universal energy’Reiki ‘

Reiki is a beautiful healing therapy that becomes an integral part of who you are, what you do and how you do it .

Everything becomes simplified with love and the healing touch.

As a Reiki master teacher I attune people to the different levels of Reiki from Reiki 1 , Reiki 2 , level 3 ART to Reiki master teacher.

I personally attune people using the Usui method of attunement, and bring in the Tibetan Usui attunement method for the ART level .

Dr Mikao Usui didnt actually attune people the way we do in the Western world, attunements have been adapted by Mrs Hawaya Takata and William Rand for us.

Reiki is all about intention and energy flows with intention.

In my Reiki master teaching manual you can choose the attunement method that resonates with you, Usui Attunements , Reiki Tibetan/ Usui Attunements.

Hand chakra attunement, foot attunement and Distant attunement.

Also self attunements - using a Reiki ball, by proxy, by visualisation, mirror technique.

Reiki is a free flowing beautiful healing energy of light and attunements should be given and received with the same energy.

We are all different as is our energies and attunement methods, so don’t put yourself in a box or Reiki into a box , just be simply love and light
