Reflexology practitioner course

Our advanced Reflexology course will teach and support you to be able to perform a professional  Reflexology therapy treatment to an advanced occupational standard on the feet and hands, creating a beautiful, calming, healing , exquisite therapy experience for your client and for their long term wellbeing.

You will learn the  procedures and practical techniques required to perform an advanced Reflexology therapy treatment to an advanced occupational standard on the feet and hands.

You will develop a strong understanding of the powerful connection that exists between reflexology and natural healing.

Know and understand more about the human anatomy and physiology of the systems of the body and ailments for specific groups of people, children, women, and men.

Develop a more intuitive and healing practice.

Know and understand about food and nutrition to promote a healthy diet for vibrant energy for clients.

Deepen your knowledge of the relationship between reflexology and natural healing.

Understand and gain knowledge about Energies, Chakras, Auras and Chakras, Hand Chakras, the body, and the foot.

Know how to perform a healing Reflexology treatment with colour therapy, Chakra healing, stones and crystals, and meditation.

Know how to use colour as part of reflexology therapy as an extra healing modality in giving a healing treatment.

Understand and gain knowledge on the relationship between the Endocrine system and Chakras.

Understand how to stimulate the auric field and subtle anatomy.

Know how to create the most beautiful Reflexology treatment.

Know the structure of hands, problems relating to the hand, the reflex areas of the hand and how to stimulate the hands in hand reflexology.

Understand the clients’ feet more and complaints they may have, more about the tender areas and how lifestyle may be effecting them.

Know and understand how to create a healthy diet for vibrant energy

Know and understand the techniques in Reflexology to treat women with menstrual problems, menopause, breast and cervical cancer, osteoporosis, infertility, and Labor.

Know and understand the techniques in Reflexology to treat children with teething, alleviating a fever, respiratory ailments (asthma, allergies & colds), confined to bed, bedtime and bed wetting, hyperactivity, and sluggishness.

Know and understand the techniques in Reflexology to help men with, bladder problems, depression, high blood pressure, Cholesterol, Incontinence, Prostate problems, Haemorrhoids, and Impotence.

 

Assessment

 

Continual assessment throughout the 6-month course.

Practical assessment on course, monthly meet ups and final exam.

Knowledge and understanding assessed with small tests after each unit of which there is 6 units and in final written exam.

Practical skills assessed in final practical exam, questions, and answers to assess knowledge and understanding.

Case study work assessed and checklist from client testimonials assessing practitioner skills.

 

 

Number of hours per competence area

Theory home study 18 hours of study (3 hours per unit)

Theory face to face 12 hours

Total theory 26 hours minimum

Practical practitioner training 20 hours.

3 case studies 9 hours

Total practical practitioner training 30 hours minimum

I love teaching and helping others learn and bring joy into their work. I will work with each student personally and give the support needed to achieve this qualification in reflexology massage. I would like to work up to a 6 month time schedule to enable you the time to achieve completion of all your case studies, written work, and exam. 

I am happy to allow you the time you require if you need less or more time.

I am the friendly supportive teacher on the other end of the phone when ever you need me.

Please bring a pen and anything to jot notes down on. Please bring any juice and food for lunch ( Penrith has a lot of food outlets for lunch nearby, if you want to pop out for lunch and have a break)

I will send you your training manual by email.

Filtered water is available at all times and will provide some snacks to keep our energy up !

Six  practitioner training days over six months £780.00

When your deposit or payment has been received at BH Holistics, you will receive confirmation of your booking

Payment plans are available on request.

 

Qualification

You will gain an accredited certificate for reflexology massage practitioner with BH Holistics an approved executive training provider with International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine.
