I went to a taster session so I could look into the various courses that Lindsey runs

She is very experienced and showed myself and others a variety of holistic practices

All of the which I wanted to do after the taster

I signed up for the two day Indian head Massage

The course which was fun and very informative

Lindsey is an amazing tutor

I came away having passed the course

very excited to practice on everyone

I have now signed up to do the Indian Face massage course in March

It is with no understatement that Lindsay at BH Holistics has radically changed my life for the better. I began my journey back into massage after 25 years of dabbling with the Heated Eastern bamboo massage course early last year, then I returned later in the year to do the Holistic Massage Therapy course. I have thoroughly enjoyed learning reflexology and also the first level of reiki with Lindsay.
